The restored Santa Fe Vaughn, NM. station sees several freights . BNSF 5305 leads a trio of Union Pacific SD60 engines.

Pecos River Bridge, NM. Three liveries front a Mixed freight.
A Westbound Stacker is departing the yard. Engine 521 is relettered as BNSF leads at slow speed.

A little night action closes out Clovis. This Westbound arrives from Kansas City.
Four units round. a gentle curve passing the Hereford Gran Elevators.
BNSF 4909/ 4943 slow for a signal at Amarillo. Check the substantial structure at Amarillo Station. A former Harvey House location. Eastbound double-stack.
Additional action in Kansas. BNSF 764. GE Dash 9- C44W. It fronts a couple of Warbonnets and two BNSF units behind. They cross the Walnut River on a large wooden trestle over Highway 54.
Illuminated by early morning sunshine. This scene is between Casoday and El Dorado. Santa Fe C44-8 on the point of this Westbound.
Having waited in the siding for a faster train to roll past. BNSF 6884 is an SD40-2. It is resplendent in the repainted Great Northern influenced livery. Blue/ yellow 3176 trails. This mixed freight is routed to Clovis.
BNSF Tracks of the Old Santa Fe Volume 7
Volume 7 covers action in 3 States! Kansas has good Railfanning, while unlisted on the title. There is a variety of paint and power. Original Santa Fe diesels are seen in a large quantity. BNSF seems to be implementing their second livery at this time.
Cinematographer Rich Schied is a dependable professional. Well composed scenes result in satisfying train watching. The show has a brisk pace.
Narrator Peter Youngblood presents a basic, efficient script. Live audio has the accompanying train sounds. The usual Green Frog quality is ever present.
BNSF … Volume 7 is a fine one. Whether part of the set or individually, an excellent program.
