To the Trains…
Begins at the Indiana/ Ohio State line.The Huntington District on Norfolk Southern. Here is Train 197 led by 7057 with mixed freight. Checkout the cornfield.
Conrail paint on NS 5272 at Butler, Indiana. Symbol is 17J. NS tracks cross the Chicago Line here.
Train W-031. is a Work Train on CSX. It hauls across this busy spot.
Power short NS pressed new units in primer paint. Engine 9838 leads 2591 on a stopped Intermodal Train 21T. Meets 34N at West Spencerville.
High hoods 3263/ 3317 pull Train L96. West of Spencerville on general freight. Chris includes the entire consists on some moves.
Engine 9415 (C44-9W) has just crossed the Maumee River. Train 21T is entering New Haven. Hauling container traffic with some baretables in the consist.
Train 306 travels on the Fostoria sub (ex:NKP) rails. Viewed from a railfan spot called, The Perch. There is a plentiful supply of action around here .
The Snaketrack. This winding trackage that leads into East Wayne Yard. NS 8371 passes the signals with 34N. Engines from CSX and Union Pacific trail in the lash-up.
Looks can be. deceiving. Engine 8843 is at East Roanoke, Indiana.
Here is downtown Huntington, Indiana. Locomotives 2515/ 2512 are leading in this Wintertime scene.
Wabash River Valley is the scenic highlight. A Triple Crown Roadrailer. Number 256 passes behind engine 9321. The show ends at Peru, IN.
