Three units cross the Tennessee River on this busy bridge from Debutts Yard. Meets a Southbound as it is leaving the structure.

Train 143 at Soddy Daisy

Train 143 has a 4 unit lashup and is really moving! Model Railroaders checkout this long mixed freight at Soddy Daisy. US Route 27 parallels these tracks to Cincinnati.

North Sale Creek

GE C40-9W 9152 leads a Northbound automobile train over North Sale Creek.

Emory Gap Yard

At Emory Gap Yard, the local power is two locomotives. Engines are GP50 7085 and B30-7A 3515.

RoadRailer

NS Triple Crown RoadRailer behind 2 engines speed past Emory Gap Yard.

Emory River

This long bridge crosses the Emory River on ex: Tennessee Central rails. Norfolk Southern Top Gon hoppers are slowly pulled into Harriman. Led by 3 NS locomotives. GE C40-9W 9007, C39-8 8644, and EMD SD50 6506. Check the trestle on both approaches.

Harriman Jct

Harriman Jct. is a hotspot. Here begins the Southend of the famous Rat Hole line. Train 177 behind an SD60 and SD50 ease through the crossovers.

Oakdale

Oakdale with a Northbound. Note the Operation Lifesaver second unit. This is a crew change point. A substantial amount of traffic makes this a great place to see trains at slower speeds.

Oakdale Yard

Train 124 navigates through Oakdale Yard. Engines 8712, 8628, 9090, and 8957 power this move from Knoxville.

Tunnel 25

Conclusion is at Tunnel 25 in Oakdale, Tennessee. This one is on the Rathole. Southbound 8912 exits with this GE widecab and 2 EMD motors.

Norfolk Southern – Volume 2

The mainline hosts fast freight trains. A multitude of freight cars are seen. Plenty of boxcars. Some of the consists are a mixed bag of most everything, including tank, covered hoppers, gondolas, and bare table flats. Auto rack trains, as well. Some Yard areas slow down the pace. This balances the program pacing.

Picture and soundtrack are excellent. Pro shot video by James T. Koch. The audio is strong. You can almost feel trains via the soundbar!

Script is an intelligent one. A good mix of various information. The time passes quickly.

This release has a variety of elements to create an interesting and enjoyable hour of railfanning on Norfolk Southern in Tennessee.

The crowd loves my singing. I sound like; Joe Cocker, Greg Allman, with a bluesy tone. Nobody was more shocked than me. A late bloomer.

I love to have some laughs. People think that I am hilarious, and I remain clueless as to why... :)

I hope that everyone enjoys the material.
