Railfanning the Delaware & Hudson Volume 2

Producer: John Pechulis

Locations: NY, PA.

Timeframe: 1974- 81

Length: 71 minutes

Sources: Ken Bealer, Robert Wilt

D&H Vol. 2. A major flaw ruins this release.

This one features some early diesels, that were still active at the time. Alco PA, Baldwin Sharks and more. Authentic sound. Super 8mm film with audio.

A single DVD-R. No chapter menu. On-screen subtitles. Introductory maps. Advertised as a narrated show. Introduction has the only narrative. The remaining 99% of this show has ZERO NARRATIVE.

Does not meet the advertised as a narrated show. Mindless runbys!

Smithtown, NY

Baldwin Sharks 1205 and 1216 at Smithtown, New York. The sound of these engines is unique.

Smithboro

Mindless runbys…

Railfanning the Delaware and Hudson Volume 2

NOT NARRATED. Fails to meet the advertised.

Cinematography is well done.  Live audio sounds good. Films are restored. Locations and train information via subtitles. Very dissatisfied at the lack of a narrative.

The only narration. It was an introductory phase at the beginning of the show. Never would have purchased this show. Had it been listed as NO NARRATION.

Hence, not worth the time to bother with a detailed review.

NOT NARRATED

Rating: Not Recommended

I am a creative man.
Writing is enjoyable.
There are my current internet features.
American Train Video Reviews is worldwide,
.
A musician for many years. Guitar is my main instrument. Enjoy bass playing .Rock and Blues styles. However, Lead Vocals have been a Huge surprise!
The crowd loves my singing. I sound like; Joe Cocker, Greg Allman, with a bluesy tone. Nobody was more shocked than me. A late bloomer.

I love to have some laughs. People think that I am hilarious, and I remain clueless as to why... :)

I hope that everyone enjoys the material.
